Bring the heart of FAMI home to you with virtual FAMI Fridays! Our version of an anatomy happy hour, this live-streamed mini-lecture series offer participants a taste of the FAMI experience in a bite-sized format.

Every FAMI Friday features a different body region or topic and includes the full FAMI 360 degree perspective: the normal (foundation lectures with anatomists), the abnormal (clinical lectures with physicians), and the practical (classes with movement professionals to set your knowledge in motion). Together we’ll zoom in and appreciate the details of specific body regions & common injuries and zoom out to gain perspective & practical application to the movement field. Whether you are a FAMI first-timer or a seasoned alum, inspire your learning (and kick of your weekend!) with passionate educators who appreciate the magic of the human body and the art of teaching it.

LIVESTREAM: Anatomy Foundations

Lead by anatomists, these lectures are held at the beginning of each day and orient the student to the particular musculoskeletal and nervous system anatomy of the day’s body region.

LIVESTREAM: Clinical Perspectives

Lead by orthopedists, neurologists and sports-medicine physicians on our clinical faculty, these sessions shed light on many common injuries affecting the day’s body region: demystifying what happens to the body, why it happens, and how the injury should be treated.

LIVESTREAM: Movement Lab

Taught by movement professionals, these labs set your knowledge in motion with mat-based exercises to optimize function and minimize injury.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made at least one week prior to the first day of the workshop, the initial payment can either be applied to a future FAMI course or be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellation within less than one week’s notice will result in forfeiture of the initial payment. Kinected reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to one week before the first day of the workshop. If the workshop is cancelled, payments will be refunded or can be applied to a future FAMI course.
